Know Your Hydration ABC's

Hydrating your body is so important when looking at it from the inside out. But in this video, I want to bring awareness to other ways that you can keep your body hydrated through our hydration ABC's...
A | A LOT of water
B | Bone Broth
C | Chia Seeds / Celery Juice / Collagen

Now that you know your ABC's, take a look at my two chia seed pudding recipes below to boost your energy and keep you hydrated!
Mixing in the blueberries adds a natural sweetener so you don't have to add more maple syrup than you need to!
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 ½ Cup of Coconut Milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
- ½ cup of Chia Seeds
- ½ cup of Organic Wild Blueberries
- Dash of Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Blend the banana, coconut milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and cinnamon in a blender for approximately one minute
- Add the chia seeds and stir until thoroughly mixed
- Pour into one serving size dishes and place in the fridge
- Let it sit for one hour, remove and add the blueberries
- Place back in the fridge and let it cool for an additional hour
- Garnish with blueberries and serve cold
- Enjoy!!
I LOVED the flavor of this pudding, but I personally I prefer the texture of NOT blending in the chia seeds.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Organic Wild Blueberries
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Chia Seeds
- Chocolate Shavings
Instructions:
- Blend the coconut milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cocoa powder, blueberries and chia seeds in a blender for one to two minutes
- Pour into one serving size dishes and place in the fridge
- Let them sit for two hours
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve cold
- Enjoy!!
