Postpartum Core Workout with the Naboso Neuro Ball | Rebuild Strength & Restore Your Core

If you want to regain core control of your health, remember this: healing takes time, and deep core engagement starts with mindful movement.

Let me explain... Your body has changed drastically over the past 9 months and traditional ab workouts won’t cut it for you.

Today I am going to share with you a 10-minute routine using the Naboso Neuro Ball, focusing on activating your deep core + pelvic floor muscles, for lasting strength. The Naboso Neuro Ball is a great tool to help you wake up your fascial system and nervous system, which is really important to help you wake up and activate your pelvic floor + deep core.

✨ One tip I want to share with you before you start, is to work with your body, not against your body. We never want to move through pain....that just tightens up your fascial system and sets off your nervous system.✨

For this workout, I will be using the Naboso Neuro Ball and a mat. If you don't have a Naboso Neuro ball yet, give the workout a try while you wait for your ball to arrive.

I can't recommend the Naboso Neuro ball enough. It is a triple threat of foot activation and comfort. But it can also be used on other parts of your body. First, the ball acts as a massage tool for releasing your muscles. Second, because the ball is coated with unique sensory stimulation textures, it helps to wake up and activate the nerve-dense surfaces of your feet and other areas of your body. And did you know the feet play an important role in pelvic floor activation??!! Third, the ball can also split in two and in the center you will find an even smaller ball to help with acute muscle release.

✨ pelvic tilts + hip rolls

✨ lying double leg rotations

✨ modified swan preps/plank lift

✨ arch and rounds
