5 Ways To Naturally Detox Your Body

Our bodies are made to eliminate toxins, but some have a harder time doing it than others.

Like me when I was overcoming mold toxicity in 2018.

That said, you CAN enhance your body’s natural detoxification system by adding in some simple daily habits.

*No you don't need to spend hundreds of dollars on supplements or follow a specific diet to do so.*

Here are 5 ways to naturally detox your body, Beautiful.

1. Hydrate

Water helps to detoxify your body by removing waste products.

Proper hydration makes it easier to transport these waste products through sweat, pee, and poop.

Which are all important ways to naturally detox the body.

Remember to make sure that your water is filtered rather than it coming straight from the sink to eliminate contaminants and hard minerals.

2. Move Daily

As a deep core exercise specialist, I know the connection that movement has to many (if not all) facets of our overall health.

Detoxing your body isn't any different as it helps to get the lymphatic system flowing.

>>The lymphatic system's main function is to cleanse toxins from your body and protect against unwanted waste.<<

Moving your body doesn't have to be an intense workout at the gym because that will just stress your body out even more!

I find that gentle fascial movement is more effective physically, mentally, and for detoxification.

3. Sweat It Out

You don't want to sweat because it's smelly, wet, and gross, but you do want to sweat because it's naturally detoxing your body. The struggle is real!

The answer to sweating it out is to embrace it. Thank your body for removing those toxins.

If you struggle to sweat after sitting in the bleachers for 2 hours watching your little one's ball game in the summer heat, I recommend using a sauna.

I like to work the sauna into my schedule 1-2 times a week.

4. Detox Supplements

If you aren't heading to the toilet that much right now, that's okay!
