Reminder: Stop Judging Yourself
May 05, 2020Let's get real…When it comes to how you talk to yourself, are you:
A) Constantly finding things you that you could do better
B) Giving yourself grace for what you are accomplishing
C) Stressed that you're not enough
No matter what answer you are resonating with, we ALL put judgment on ourselves during this time where we have nothing but time and still feel like we're getting nothing done. The difference lies within how you respond to this reflection and how you let it affect you.
In today’s podcast episode, I am giving you a pep talk on why you NEED to stop judging yourself.
Ladies, I’m bringing this up because it is a conversation that personally has came up in my life too many times to count. And on the days where I questioned if I could have done more for my business, my family or myself, I wish someone would have given me this piece of advice that I’m about to share with you.
This is where I let my journey connect with yours.
Here is what you need to do the next time you find yourself in a place of self-judgment:
- Bring awareness to it
- Don't fight it...let it be
- Reframe it to something positive
- Tell yourself that you're doing the best you can
This sounds like something you can do, doesn't it? I can’t wait for you to overcome this judgment as it can enhance the way you feel physically, mentally and emotionally.
