Enhance Your Movement Through Visualization
Jun 04, 2019We all have the power to improve our health through our choices, movements and mindset. The biggest piece that comes with that is visualization. Visualization has become a part of my life and my programs + membership because it has the ability to enhance the way one moves. After experiencing mold toxicity last year, visualization has played a vital role in healing + strengthening my body as I have been going through my Core Rehab Program. I was given the choice to either accept where I was at after my health issues or to keep moving forward and the dreamer in me only saw one possible answer. Visualization has helped me put one foot in front of the other and it has the power to do the same for you. So press play and let’s see where it takes you.
AWARENESS
When someone first starts learning about the deep core from me, they are taken back as they have done the exercises that I’m showing them before. But it’s not the same exercise. The way that I cue allows you to be more in tune with your body and visualization plays a HUGE role in that!
I like to use lots of heavy visuals and I hear ya, initially, it’s a lot! But once you embrace the fact that you may have no idea what I’m talking about, trust the process by getting out of your head and visualize feeling what I want you to feel you are allowing your body to start to reconnect. Believing in this + yourself will help to propel your results.
This awareness is all about one foot in front of the other. What are you going to accomplish today to get you one step closer to feeling that deep core connection, to minimizing that low back pain or to healing that abdominal separation? Because it will come, you just have to visualize it.
So, I leave you with a choice… you can decide that you are going to get this and it’s going to happen for you, your body and your life OR you’re going to let your weaknesses rule your life when they don’t have to.
