Core Athletica® Reformer Pilates Level 1 Instructor Course
Designed to help educate current or prospect Pilates instructors or those looking to enhance their personal practice how to achieve better results for your clients, especially those with pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, and diastasis recti. These courses are based off of Erica Ziel's Core Rehab Program which has helped thousands of women get back to living their active life pain-free, with more functional movement + strength, and no longer having to worry about peeing their pants. This program has also helped better improve clients/patients RESULTS, sports performance in athletes, and increased true core strength for both women AND men.
What is The Core Athletica® Reformer Level 1?

Level 1 is 24 hours of in person education taught at Core Athletica Pilates Studio in Ankeny, Iowa.
Pilates Reformer Level 1 Course is a continuation of Erica's Core Athletica education. You will learn the fundamentals of teaching on a Pilates Reformer along with all the beginner Pilates Reformer exercises that are taught in our Core Athletica Pilates Classes!
Reformer Level 1 Dates for 2025: FALL TBD
Friday & Monday training from 1pm-8pm
Saturday & Sunday training from 11am-6pm
Included with your Pilates Reformer Level 1 Course:
- Core Athletica Foundation Level 1 (online)
- Foundation Level 2 (in person; April 12th & 13th)
- Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist Course (online)
You will be able to earn CEC's for all courses.
